The face behind Extra Bacco
Luca Morgan, after working all over the world, returns to his beloved Trieste where he opens a unique restaurant in the Trieste panorama: Chimera di Bacco, a place to experience both new gourmand delights and to rediscover forgotten flavours.
The restaurant was an instant accomplishment, so much that today is a landmark for culinary excellence and attracts the most varied clientele. Following Chimera di Bacco’s success, he opens his restaurant Extra Bacco, for those who are looking for ancient flavours joined with meat specialties which integrates what has already started with his main restaurant.
The business is currently managed by Luca Morgan, with his family support: a small team of young, skilled and zealous collaborators.
